Our meditation workshop consists of two sessions which include guided meditation, explanation, and discussion. Prosperity Workshop offers a variety of courses and retreats exploring meditation and yoga along with related practices and philosophies. Our Meditation workshop program features varying degrees of instruction, discussion, and guidance.
